Project Description:
The project aimed to improve the amenity and aesthetic value of lower Clarinda Street, by doing so PCS aim to attract investment, visitation and local spend. The scope of the revitalisation included upgrades to stormwater system, road and footpath pavements, installation of new street lighting and signage and landscaping works.
